Integrating the NYS Computer Science and Digital Fluency Standards into Your Classroom Curriculum
The purpose of this course is to empower educators to seamlessly integrate the NYS CSDF standards into their classroom curriculum in meaningful and impactful ways. Participants will develop a deep understanding of the standards, including their rationale, structure, and intended impact on student learning outcomes. Participants will examine each strand of the CSDF standards and will explore various methods for implementation of each through the use of various digital tools and methods of curriculum design. This course is intended for teachers at all levels, K-12, and will offer suggestions and strategies for teachers with varying levels of technological expertise and/or access to technology resources.
