Supporting Scientific Thinking in Elementary Students-

This course is designed to help elementary educators build strong foundations in science instruction through hands-on, inquiry-based learning. Teachers will explore strategies that support student curiosity, observation, and critical thinking in the classroom. Topics will include using student questions to guide investigations, integrating simple experiments, and encouraging discussion and reflection to deepen scientific understanding. Participants will leave with practical tools aligned to NGSS that they can immediately apply in their classrooms to promote student engagement and scientific reasoning.
